Chair Application

Chairs at jlgMUN play a central role in ensuring structured, fair and academically rigorous debate. They are expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of MUN procedure, neutrality, leadership skills and the ability to guide delegates confidently and professionally through formal sessions. Reliability, preparation and clear communication are essential. If you would like to apply for a Chair position at jlgMUN 2026, please complete the application form below. As part of your application, you are required to upload a Letter of Motivation and a Letter of Recommendation from your MUN Director (both in PDF format). Only complete applications can be considered. The conference will take place from 24–27 June 2026, with the Opening Ceremony at the Berlin House of Representatives and committee sessions at John-Lennon-Gymnasium, Berlin
